Amaury Peltier leads ADP Ventures Labs, where he sets the vision and incubates ADP’s next growth opportunities by building new products in HCM and adjacent spaces. He also serves as ADP’s Head of Crypto, helping establish the company’s presence and strategic direction in the space.

Prior to this, Amaury was Senior Director, Strategy & Operations for Global Product & Technology, where he directed portfolio strategy and shaped investment recommendations across priorities and programs.

Before joining ADP, Amaury served as Chief of Staff to the CEO of Genpact before transitioning to their corporate strategy team. His earlier experience includes strategy consulting at EY.

Amaury holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering and Computer Science from ESIEA in France.
