Aru Raavi is a director and founding team member at ADP Ventures, where she leads investments at the intersection of AI, data infrastructure, and the future of work. She partners with visionary founders building platforms that transform how businesses hire, operate and scale.

Aru brings a unique blend of venture investing, strategy, and operating experience. Prior to ADP, she invested in early-stage SaaS and workforce technology at Owl Ventures and GSV Ventures. She began her career at BCG advising Fortune 500s, then moved into the startup world launching an Indian tech company in North America, shaping go-to-market strategy for a consumer brand and helping a SaaS start-up land its first enterprise clients. 

Based in Brooklyn, she holds an Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a degree in mathematics, which informs her analytical mindset and product instincts.
