Chad’s passion for technology-enabled transformation runs throughout his career. As Vice President of HR Shared Services at Serta Simmons Bedding, he led an enterprise HCM implementation covering payroll, timekeeping, recruiting, succession, and performance systems, while unifying benefits and compensation programs across multiple business units. Earlier, with EPI-USE America, a global SAP HR/Payroll consultancy, Chad led multi-national SAP HCM projects and advisory engagements helping clients design cloud, hybrid, and on-premises systems to support large-scale workforce strategies.
During nearly two decades with Acuity Brands, Chad advanced through leadership roles that merged operations, technology, and human capital strategy. He led a global SAP SuccessFactors deployment spanning seven countries and multiple languages delivering on-time, on-budget transformation that modernized HR processes, elevated compliance, and improved user experience. His foundation in LEAN and Six Sigma principles further informed his approach to process optimization, data integrity, and continuous improvement.
