Isabel Izquierdo is the vice president of partnerships and platform at ADP Ventures, where she leads the company’s efforts in identifying and accelerating strategic innovations through partnerships with the companies in the ADP Ventures portfolio.
Her work focuses on building a healthy, founder-friendly ecosystem that supports both startup growth and ADP’s long-term strategic objectives. Her team partners with the ADP Ventures Investment team to evaluate emerging companies, shape investment theses and collaborate with internal ADP business units and product teams to pilot and scale transformative technologies. Isabel’s global perspective is deeply informed by her international background. She was born and raised in Ecuador and studied in Europe and the United States.
Before joining ADP, Isabel was a consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she advised Fortune 500 companies on growth strategy, digital transformation, and organizational design. Her earlier experience includes leading large-scale technology transformation projects in the insurance sector in Ecuador.
Isabel holds a Master of Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business, a master’s degree in management from ESSEC Business School in France and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Navarra in Spain.
