Lucia has recently joined ADP as a director of product marketing within Ventures, the corporate venture capital and incubation arm of ADP where she plays a key role in scaling and supporting partnership efforts with startups in the ADP Ventures Portfolio. She brings over 15 years of diverse experience spanning entrepreneurship (founder with exit), financial services (BlackRock) and go-to-market (GTM) strategy to the team.

Most recently, she worked at Hivebrite, an international SaaS enterprise, specializing in community engagement software. She successfully launched Hivebrite’s U.S. business, leading market expansion, GTM strategy, and cross-sector growth.  Prior to Hivebrite, she co-founded Sverve, a social media influencer marketing technology company, and drove go-to-market success across sales, strategy and operations, culminating in its successful acquisition.

Lucia began her career at BlackRock, where she managed 25+ institutional clients with over $2 billion in plan assets pre, during and post-crisis season of 2008.

In addition to her professional achievements, Lucia is deeply committed to mentorship and community-building. She serves as the president of the Columbia Women’s Business Society Alumnae organization (a non-profit under her alma mater Columbia University) and actively mentor's founders in the New York City start-up ecosystem, particularly through the Columbia University Start-Up Lab.    

Outside of work, Lucia is an avid artist, musician and curious reader. She has performed at venues both within and outside the U.S. Earlier this year, she had the opportunity to share a Chopin nocturne at the National Opera Center in New York City.
