Sam Nasser is a founding team member and director at ADP Ventures, where he leads investments in the future of work across fintech, AI and workplace innovation.

Based in New York, Sam was part of the original team that launched ADP’s Corporate Venture Capital arm in 2023 and has since helped scale its investment platform. He has led investments in companies such as Worky, a Mexico-based HR and payroll platform (where he also serves as a Board Observer); Nayya, an AI-powered benefits decision support solution; and Thatch, a modern health benefits platform leveraging ICHRA to offer greater employee choice and flexibility.  

Prior to ADP, Sam held roles in strategy and innovation at Capital One and Fiserv and has experience in venture investing. He began his career in microfinance and earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
