William Beaumont has worked in the casino and gaming industry for over 28 years.  He has served as the vice president of human resources at Century Casinos Inc. since April of 2021. Prior this role, he served as the director of human resources at Mountaineer Casino Racetrack & Resort, as well as at Eldorado Resort Casino Shreveport.

William holds a Master of Science degree in Strategic Leadership and has extensive experience in labor relations, benefits administration, and human resource management.  While the majority of his professional experience has been within the human resource realm, he has also worked in various other disciplines through his career, including compliance, marketing, racing and gaming, all of which has given him extensive exposure to both operational and administrative functions within the gaming industry.
