Usman 'Oz' Khan is senior vice president and head of ADP Ventures, and a founding member of its strategic investment arm, where he leads both the investment and incubator portfolios at ADP.

Prior to this, Oz served as vice president of product management, directing product strategy, program, and operations across ADP’s global technology portfolio. His leadership played a critical role in driving strategic transformation across sales, client service, and product capabilities, particularly in ADP Canada. Oz originally joined ADP in 2016 via corporate strategy and business development, harnessing insights to fuel growth.

Prior to ADP in 2016, Oz held leadership roles at Rakuten, Accenture, and TD Bank. At Rakuten, he led global partnerships, strategic planning, and corporate development, among other functions.

Oz holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Toronto and earned a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD.
