Prior to joining ADP Ventures, Dharma spent more than nine years across strategy, operations, data, and emerging technologies. Most recently, he was with Deloitte Consulting, where he advised senior executives on Al and data strategy, large-scale transformation initiatives, and ecosystem partnerships. He previously held roles at Boston Consulting Group and Vector Consulting Group.
Dharma earned his MBA from IIM Calcutta and his B.Tech from IIT Kharagpur.
