He leads cross-functional teams across AI, product and engineering, guiding strategy, architecture, and execution for mission-critical systems. Beto is known for fostering high-performance cultures, and consistently transforming complex challenges into impactful, intuitive solutions.

Born and raised in Brazil, Beto's career spans roles such as principal data scientist, software architect, and chief technology officer of a food-tech startup. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), and an Master's of Business Administration in IT Management.
